What To Do With This Profile
Share this profile with your EQV facilitator before the Floor Assessment debrief. The trap percentages replace the Pre-Flight cluster estimates in the cross-reference table.
Your primary trap determines which challenge category should anchor the South direction of your Compass.
Any trap scoring above 60% is considered active and should appear in the Floor Assessment Section 3 challenge selection.
Retake this instrument every 90 days to track profile movement. Decreasing percentages in your primary trap is the success metric.
Cross-reference with the Pre-Flight Authenticity Score. Significant divergence between the two instruments is itself a coaching data point.
