Architecture

Designed before Day 90 review concludes Pulls from 5 instruments Produces Cycle 2 commitments

The 30-60-90 architecture has a defined endpoint but the practices it establishes do not. This template pulls the handoff data from five Cycle 1 instruments — the Pre-Flight, Translation Map, Values Filter, Authenticity Indicators, and Cultural Ritual — and assembles them into the specific, targeted commitments that Cycle 2 requires.

The design principle

Authentic leadership development is a navigational practice, not a project with a completion date. The next architecture is not designed after the Day 90 review — it is designed before the Day 90 review concludes, so the leader leaves with commitments in hand, not intentions in mind.

Section 1: Cycle 1 context and Pre-Flight score comparison.
Section 2: Translation Map handoff — which behaviors carry forward, escalate, or enter culture codification.
Section 3: Values Filter — which aspirational values are now ready for Cycle 2 entry.
Section 4: Authenticity Indicators and Cultural Ritual sustainability review.
Section 5: Phase design — specific commitments for each of the three phases.
Section 6: Accountability architecture and output.

1
Cycle 1 review & Pre-Flight

Pre-Flight comparison

Enter both scores. The delta drives the framing of Cycle 2 — improvement, plateau, or regression each produce a different next architecture.

Trap cluster movement

Enter the Cycle 1 Day 1 and Day 90 scores for each trap cluster (0–100, where higher = healthier). This determines which clusters need Phase 2 focus in Cycle 2.

Translation Map handoff

Review the frequency ratings from Cycle 1. Behaviors rated 4–5 are candidates for Culture Codification. Behaviors rated 1–2 on the leader's most important value are the primary Cycle 2 focus. Behaviors rated 3 need a new structural support in Phase 2.

Tap the dots to set each behavior's Cycle 1 frequency (1–5). The action label updates automatically.

3
Values Filter — Cycle 2 readiness
Source: Values Filter

Values that were scored Aspirational in Cycle 1 may now be ready to enter Cycle 2 as genuine values — if the leader has accumulated behavioral evidence during the 90 days. Apply the Three-Question Test again before confirming entry.

4
Indicators & Ritual carry-forward

Authenticity Indicators

Review each Cycle 1 indicator. Those scored 4–5 (Usually / Consistently) carry forward or escalate to organizational standard. Those scored 1–2 need redesign before they enter Cycle 2.

5
Cycle 2 phase design

Define the specific commitments for each of the three phases. Carry the sequence: awareness before action · structures before culture · accountability from Day 1. Every commitment must name the behavior, the context, and the observable indicator of success.

Phase 1 · Days 1–30
Awareness — micro-commitments
Phase 2 · Days 31–60
Structure — meso-commitments
Phase 3 · Days 61–90
Culture — macro-commitments
6
Accountability & output

Define the accountability structure for Cycle 2 before the Day 90 review ends. The accountability architecture is a precondition of the commitments being made, not an add-on after they are made.
