Personality Profile
A Coaching Instrument for Authentic Leadership Development
About This Instrument
The EQV Leadership Personality Profile measures how your personality traits interact with authentic leadership — helping you understand not just who you are, but how your natural tendencies build or erode the trust, culture, and performance of those you lead.
This instrument is built on the foundational EQV principle: to be rather than to seem. It does not measure how you want to appear — it invites honest self-examination of how you actually show up.

Important: Answer honestly — not how you wish you were, not how you want to appear to your coach, but how you actually experience your own leadership. The EQV principle applies here too.
