Authenticity Indicators
Authenticity Indicators are the 3–5 specific, observable behaviors added to the performance review framework in Phase 3 of the 30-60-90 architecture. They are not orientations or intentions — they are behaviors a colleague could observe and confirm without asking the leader. Each indicator is drawn directly from the leader's Values-to-Behavior Translation Map and their 30-60-90 behavioral commitments.
Not "demonstrated authentic leadership" — but "disclosed one significant organizational challenge to the leadership team within 48 hours of confirmation" and "applied the Values Filter to at least two major strategic decisions in the review period." The indicator must name the behavior, the context, and the observable signal of completion.
Step 1: Enter leader context and review period.
Step 2: Build 3–5 authenticity indicators from the Translation Map.
Step 3: Complete the self-assessment (leader) and facilitator review.
Step 4: Review the scored output and copy it to the performance framework.

Enter the leader's details and review period. These appear on the output shared with the performance framework.
Define 3–5 indicators. Each must describe a specific, observable behavior — not an orientation or outcome. The behavior must be verifiable by a colleague without asking the leader.
Tap each card to expand and fill it. Select the source so the output links back to the correct framework instrument.
Rate each indicator on a 1–5 scale based on actual behavioral frequency during the review period. Rate the hardest instance — the context where demonstrating the behavior was most difficult — not the easiest.
1 = Rarely or not yet / 2 = Sometimes / 3 = Often / 4 = Usually / 5 = Consistently
